DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFQ for IBM Cognos & Tableau Software Subscription and Support Renewal
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/30873 on or before Wednesday, March 25, 2020 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
For Cognos items, the term of the agreement would be for a period of one (1) year: May 1, 2020, to 30-Apr-2021 (i.e. for a period of 12 months) with an option to extend for two additional terms of one (1) year each.

For the Tableau Items, the term of the agreement would be for a period of one (1) year: April 14, 2020, to 13-Apr-2021 (i.e. for a period of 12 months) with an option to extend for two additional terms of one (1) year each.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
