DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Full Service Facility for Outdoor Project
The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE) requires a full service facility where the Faculty’s “Outdoor Projects” can be held for undergraduate students in their 1st to 3rd year. This requires the provision of facilities, accommodation, staff support, activities, transportation and food for the following groups and approximate number of people:
1. Ten (10) to twenty (20) student leaders for one (1) night on site (Group 0)
2. This is followed by two sequential groups of 275 - 330 participants (Group 1 and Group 2) with an overlap lunch on departure day (Group 1) and arrival day (Group 2). These groups would include 20 - 40 counsellors (also University of Toronto students) for a period of three (3) nights on site over a 4-day period.
3. During or following either of Group 1 or Group 2, a third group (Group 3) would include 40 to 50 participants for two (2) nights in a wilderness canoe tripping area.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Friday, May 19, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
- The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
- The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
- The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the agreement is one (1) year with an option to extend to three (3) 1-year terms.
