DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Freight Elevator Modernization at Dentistry- 124 Edward St.. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
One (1) years contract (the “Term”) including:
Estimated Commencement date:  May, 2021  
Estimated Initial Project Elevator MOD- completed in 2021
With an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement for maintenance on the same terms and conditions for five (5) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Note: Due to Covid-19 crisis, the start date of project is flexible and will be reschedule in due course.
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 30 out of 50 points for the technical evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
