Event Note

The University will allow Proponents to visit any of the location(s) on any of the following three days: June 13 to 15, 2022. Proponents will be permitted to photograph and/or video specific venues, however the University students and staff or other Proponent representatives are not to be included in the photos/video. Proponents will be limited to two (2) representatives (pending any imposed restrictions or guidelines).

Proponents to schedule the date and time and the names and contact information of the individuals who will be attending the visit with the Food Services contact indicated in the RFP document in Pg# 50.
