Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of a Flow Cytometer Cell Analyser with extended warranty.

Its primary function will be for analysis and characterization of a multitude of cell surface markers and to quantify activated signal transduction proteins within individual cells. All instrument components will be installed, serviced and supported by the Successful Proponent for the term of the agreement. The requirements and specifications are set out in RFP document.

The proposed term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) years at one (1) year intervals. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed on or around July 2016.
