DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Facility Maintenance & Operations Services. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Three (3) years contract (the “Term” with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated commencement date May 2023.
Substantial Completion: May 2026
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 26 out of 40 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
The top 3 proponents will be short-listed. Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 48 out of 75 points for the evaluation criteria, will not proceed to the short listed for interview and will receive no further consideration.
