DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT

The University is conducting an RFP for Enterprise Printing Solution

The University of Toronto requires a new Enterprise Printing Solution for printing from its enterprise applications. The solution should be able to securely receive print jobs from SAP and Student Information Systems batch applications. In addition, the solution should be able to securely deliver print jobs to the destination printers, providing end-to-end encryption. The solution will have three (3) year warranty and two (2) years optional support. 

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated
