DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Elevator Modernization and Maintenance – 730 Yonge Street. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
3 years (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: December 1, 2024
Estimated Completion: December 1, 2027

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 45.5 out of 70 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
