DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Drupal Website Design, Build, Custom Development and Maintenance Services.
The University is seeking to establish a network of qualified suppliers to provide website design, build, custom development and maintenance services to its units using select, open-source web content management platforms and toolkits, and custom development where necessary. Specifically, we are seeking Proponents experienced with Drupal and associated third-party modules and website security. The qualified suppliers will provide the necessary scalability to meet the broad and varying website development needs of the University and its units in a timely fashion, and to ensure that the proper maintenance and support resources are available for the continued operation of our existing sites. Hosting Services is not part of the scope of work.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to select up to five qualified suppliers for the purposes of establishing a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is 3 years
