DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Convocation Hall & Alumni Gate Illumination. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term (1) year (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: June 15, 2023
Estimated Completion: July 28, 2023

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 32.5 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
