DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for a Constituent Relationship Management Solution (CRM).
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.  
 
ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Thursday, November 15, 2018 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.
 
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents must submit the Mandatory Technical Requirements Form as part of their submission. Any Proposal that does not meet all of the Mandatory Technical Requirements set out in the form will be given no further consideration. Proponents must not add/modify/delete any items listed on the form. If there are any questions, please submit them to the Contact Person by the question period deadline.
