DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Computer Telephony Integration System
The University of Toronto’s University Registrars’ Office (URO) is seeking a computer telephony integration for its Customer Relationship Management Platform(s), to improve functionality, efficiency, and caller experiences.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Tuesday, August 08, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The anticipated term of the Agreement is 3 years with option to extend for two additional terms of one year each.
