DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFQ for Audio Visual Equipment And Services For Lash Miller Expansion Project.
The Supplier will provide audiovisual products for Learning Space Management (LSM) installation in 10 relocated classrooms.
Delivery will be to 3 locations at the University of Toronto, (FE) Faculty of Education, 371 Bloor St West, Toronto, Ontario M5S 2R7. (SU) The Student Commons, 230 College St. Toronto, Ontario M5T 1R2. (MR) McMurrich Building, 12 Queens Park Crescent West, Toronto, Ontario M5S 1S8
Due to the Lash Miller Expansion Project, a number of classrooms in Lash Miller building will be decommissioned and relocated. LSM and Faculty of Arts and Science (FAS) are working together to revitalize and stage replacement spaces in the FE, SU and the Miles Nadal JCC building at 750 Spadina Avenue to accommodate the loss of these Lash Miller classrooms. This RFQ will be for the procurement of AV equipment that will be installed by LSM’s technical staff. The replacement classrooms must be operational for September classes – so delivery times will be a critical factor as well.
This is an Invitational only RFQ for Qualified Suppliers from RFSQ UOT201916062 issued on October 5, 2018.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
