DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Asset Management Strategy - Construction Manager for 93 Highland Ave The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

CONTRACT DETAILS
The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for one year.
Estimated Commencement date: December 1, 2024  
Estimated Substantial Completion: December 1, 2025
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 35 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the interview. The top 4 technical scores will be shortlisted for an interview.
