DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Department of Biology at the University of Toronto Mississauga for the supply and delivery of four (4) units / Systems for Solar Induced Chlorophyll  Fluorescence (SIF) and Leaf Spectral Reflectance Measurements. 
                                                                                             
The procurement is not anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.
