DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Retail and Residential Food Services Management for the Mississauga Campus

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before March 4, 2021(2:00:00 PM local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:

The University will short-list Proponents. Proponents must achieve a Stage 1 minimum Technical Submission score of 50 Points in order to progress into Stage 2: Financial Submission Evaluation.

Event Note

Proponents will be required to arrive at the Meeting Place (Davis Building Food Court Seating Area) 15 minutes prior to the 10am time. Proponents will be limited to two (2) representatives (pending any further restrictions or guidelines imposed by Peel Region). Proponent representatives will be required to complete a COVID pre-screening questionnaire. This could include pre-screening advance of the visit, and will include mandatory UCheck UTM pre-screening when proponents arrive to the site. To facilitate the on-site pre-screening, proponent representative attending the Site Visit are recommended to park in Parking Lot 8 and enter through the Recreation, Athletics, and Wellness Centre entrance. Only those individuals who have passed the pre-screening are allowed to enter the building and participate in the Site Visit.
Proponents to notify the RFP Contact Person by Tuesday, February 9, 2021 of the names and contact information of the individuals who will be attending the visit.
