Description:
This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by Facilities Management and Planning on behalf of the Department of Recreation, Athletics & Wellness at the University of Toronto Mississauga (“UTM”) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective bidders to submit Tenders for the provision of RAWC POOL COLUMN REPAIRS.

Mandatory Site Visit – July 24, 2018 @ 1:30 PM Eastern Time.  Meeting Location: Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Center (RAWC) main entrance lobby, University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. The site visit is intended for bidders to carefully examine the site and note the conditions affecting the work prior to the Tender submission.  Alternative date will not be provided for the Mandatory Site Visit.

This procurement is covered by:
•             Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
•             Chapter 9 of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement
 
Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement :
The contractor shall perform the highlighted scope of work in the specified 2 weeks while the pool is closed for maintenance. The work must commence on August 27, 2018 and complete by September 7, 2018. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the University.
