DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a RFP for Fire Protection Systems Maintenance.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms for a potential total term of five (5) years. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed in early May 2019.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
