DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit response from vendors to conduct a feasibility study to assist UTM in developing plans for the expansion of its Central Utilities Plant as it relates to cooling, heating, backup power, renewable energy, compressed air, and propane gas supply systems. The expansion will need to consider long term campus growth, plant resiliency and redundancy and sustainability.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The scope of services outlined in this section for the Feasibility Study must be completed by November 21st, 2019.
Beyond the scope of this project, UTM has commitment to complete tender documentation and award the recommended scope of work produced by the Feasibility Study with the following dates in mind:
Working Drawings: December 1st to August 3rd , 2020
Tender: August 17th , 2020
PO Award to Contractor: September 21st , 2020
