This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Biology Department at the University of Toronto Mississauga (“UTM”) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the Provision of a fast Galvo-resonance Scanning Two Photon Imaging Microscope, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
