DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from vendors to provide to perform Investment Grade Energy Audits (IGA) , in addition to performing an Ashrae Level II audit on campus to determine if UTM requires further investment grade audits to be conducted.
