DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from vendors to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services for the UTM McLuhan Court Residence Renovation.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Milestone Schedule:

Phase -01: DD start-end phase: Early-August – Early-October 2021 (2 months)
Phase -02: CD & Permit phases: Early-October 2021 - Early-December 2021 (2 months)
Tender issue-close dates: Early-December 2021 – Early-January 2022 (1 month)
Tender Award: Early-January 2022 – Early-February 2022 (1 month)
Construction start-complete dates: Early-February 2022 – End-July 2022 (6 months)
End-User Move-in date: Early-August, 2022

The resulting agreement will be based on the OAA600 – 2013 in conjunction with the University of Toronto supplementary conditions to the OAA600 – 2013.  Please refer to the RFP documents for complete details.
