DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is an invitation to the prospective proponent to submit a proposal to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services to renovate the DV1102 Student Hall & Commissary Kitchen Renovation, at University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) Campus. The Student Hall and Commissary Kitchen are located on the L-block, first level of the William G. Davis Building.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Milestone Schedule:

RFP Award: 10 May 2022
Project Substantial Completion: Mid-July 2024
The resulting agreement will be based on a version the OAA600 – 2013 in conjunction with the University of Toronto supplementary conditions to the OAA600 – 2013. Please refer to the RFP documents for complete details.
