Description

Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are
currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education
Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $1M in
construction value (excl HST). Contractors to provide a completed CCDC
11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity
and scope. Bidders shall provide a WSIB CAD 7 certificate indicating injury
statistics for the last 5 years. References and Health and Safety Program
details will be requested from the shortlisted bidders.
Project identified as UW work request number 42090. Refer to Designated Substance Report prepared by Safetech Consulting.
All work to be substantially completed by August 16th 2019. Contractor shall
review and plan all utility shut downs with University of Waterloo Plant
Operations.
Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2008 edition complete with Owner
Supplementary Conditions.
