Description

The Owner is seeking a construction manager to provide predesign services, construction procurement and construction of a fit-out of Unit 320 of the Catalyst 137 Building located at 137 Glasgow Street, Kitchener, Ontario to accommodate a portion of Multi-Scale Additive Manufacturing (MSAM) Offsite Laboratory (UW-WR#50611).

The total unit area is 12,300 SF, but the current budget only allows for approx. 6,000 SF to be renovated. Negotiations between the Owner and the landlord are underway and landlord contributions to the project budget may increase the amount of area to be renovated.

Project scope, schematic design feasibility study, and draft project schedule as created by the Consultant, NXL Architects, are included in the RFP documents.
