Description

A consultant was selected to complete a concept study and Class D estimate. This consulting team completed a detailed analysis of the project's goals and needs, specifically by incorporating Indigenous-led design elements that are appropriate to the project's intent. Refer to attached document for scope of work. Unless there is strong petition to the contrary, the University of Waterloo intends to direct award the remaining design phases to the same consulting team. This is in consideration of the current situation with respect to the agressive project schedule.
