Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $500K in construction value (excl HST). Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope. Bidders shall provide a WSIB CAD 7 certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested. The project is identified as UW work request number 45120. The project covers the replacement of the existing exhaust piping in the Integrated health building. All work is to be substantially completed by March 31st, 2022. The form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2008 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.
