Description

Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $2M in construction value (excl HST). Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope. Bidders shall provide a WSIB CAD 7 certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested. The project is identified as UW work request number 50519 The project covers the replacement of the existing Condenser water piping in the Central Plant building. All work to be substantially completed by March 1st 2022. The form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2008 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions. Refer to the attached drawings and specifications for further information.
