Description

The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award a service contract to Top Hat Monocle.
This cloud-based software allows for the professors to interact and gather responses from their classrooms through various devices. The interaction between the parties includes, however not limited to – polls, quizzes, interactive demonstrations, open-ended discussions, and learning management.
It is the University’s understanding, that Top Hat Monocle is the sole provider of an interactive web-based response tool that meets the criteria listed in the ACAN, without having UCalgary’s faculty and students having to learn and train with a new software platform.
