2022RFP0014 - Relocation and Moving Services

The Proponent shall offer national and international household moving services and / or laboratory moving services.

The Relocation and Moving Services provider’s scope will cover the below listed areas:

1) Move Consultation – estimate / budget, compliance with UCalgary’s Relocation Operating Standards and Practices and effective cost management; 

2) Move Management – physical move of goods, logistics (including temporary storage), shipment tracking, coordination and communication;

3) Packing and Unpacking Services – inventory and placement of items at destination;

4) At the customer’s expense, the Proponent may be requested to provide value added services such as decluttering, staging and organizing, realtor and related referrals and services, destination information and services, tour of city, temporary living arrangements, and lease negotiations.

Proposals will be evaluated over the summer months and contract will begin January 1, 2023
