Description

The University of Calgary is seeking to invite experienced commercial furniture providers to submit a detailed proposal for the supply, delivery, and installation of Instructional Spaces Furniture, as described within this RFP and its appendices; for day to day use, renovations, and capital projects at multiple locations on main campus and other off site campuses.
The intension of the RFP is to prequalify the top 1 to 4 suppliers for Instructional Spaces - Furniture. As required, the University of Calgary may pre-qualify additional firms (top 5 or 6) if it is in the best interest to do so. The successful Proponents in this RFP will be known as “Preferred Suppliers” and will be places on the Preferred Suppliers List for Instructional Spaces – Furniture.
