Description

The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from Proponents who have sufficient experience in
providing, training, and supporting an industry-leading Enterprise Electronic Signature Solution
(“Solution”). The selected Solution will allow both internal and external users to electronically sign
documents and forms while ensuring the process is secure and assessable.
The successful Proponent shall be awarded a three (3) year contract, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the sole discretion of UCalgary. The maximum term of the contract with extensions shall be no more than five (5) years.
