Description

The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value.
The institution is looking to purchase a comprehensive Software as a Service (cloud solution) Email Marketing Tool. This tool’s function should include, however, not limited to Email creating and distibution, marketing automation, CRM with good intergration, good user experience and support, and reporting

Proponents will need to submit one (1) digital copy of their submission in Merx prior to the Submission Date specified in Section 1.1.
In addition, one (1) hardcopy proposal must be sent to the location indicated below no greater than ten (10) business days after the Submission Date.

From suppliers outside of Calgary: FedEx or Purolator
