Description

The University of Calgary is seeking to enter into a no-cost contract with a suitably qualified and experienced successful proponent to provide convocation photography services. The University of Calgary currently utilizes one successful proponent to provide convocation portrait photography on an appointment basis prior to convocation, provide portrait photography during the convocation ceremonies, and provide in-ceremony photography. The service includes, but is not limited to, providing photography appointment sessions prior to each convocation, supplying all necessary equipment to provide high-quality photographs for appointments, providing professional service during and after the convocation ceremonies, and overseeing ordering, distribution, and returns of photography packages for University of Calgary students.
