The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value.
CSM is looking to acquire a Software as a Service Comprehensive Learner Assessment Platform (platform). This platform will support programmatic assessment across all areas including Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME), Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), and Family Medicine (FM). The Platform should include Royal College Specialty programs that utilize the Competency by Design (CBD) Curriculum, Family Medicine programs that use the Triple C Curriculum, and undergraduate medical learners.
The focus of this RFP is the requirements for the PGME group, the detailed requirements are outlined in the Business Requirements tab of the Proponent Response Workbook – Schedule D.
When providing implementation timelines and pricing information, Proponents are to consider the requirements for PGME only.
The ideal GO LIVE date for the PGME part of the Platform will be June 30, 2024.
FM and UME will also be joining the platform starting in late 2024, their requirements are outlined in Additional Business Requirements of the Proponent Workbook.
If a Proponent can meet all Business and Additional Requirements, their submission may receive higher marks.
