Description

A landscape master plan concept was completed as part of the zoning and subdivision approval. UM Properties is now seeking the services of a qualified landscape design firm to complete design development and detailed design of the landscape plan for Phase 1 of the community. Phase 1 will include street scape (approximately 1km of roadway) , active transportation (approximately 1 km), parkland, and SW Pond (2 acre pond). Detailed design scope will include issued for tender followed by contract management.
