Description

University District (located in Calgary, Alberta) is one of Canada's largest urban redevelopment projects. A 200 acre master planned community with 7.3 M sq.ft. of residential housing, 1.5 M sq. ft. of office space, and 300,000 sq.ft. of retail.

Through RFP residential land for long-term lease is being released. This opportunity includes Block 15, Lots 1, 2 & 3 and Block 16, Lot 1.

Block 15: Lots 1, 2 and 3 represent 1.78 acres and consist of two high density residential sites and one mixed-use site (retail / residential).
Block 16: Lot 1 Block 16 is a 1.03 acre mixed-use site (retail/residential).
