Description

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires a Company to receive, haul and dispose
approximately 240,000 litres (approximately 1:1 kg) of hand sanitizer in various sized bottles, hard
surface disinfectant solution and wipes, in accordance with R.R.O. 1990, O. Reg. 347: General –
Waste Management (O.Reg. 347). Products are palletized on regular skids, as well individually
boxed for transport. The Company shall be responsible to submit and maintain a valid
Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for hauling and receiving of hazardous waste, in
accordance with O.Reg. 347.
