The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has a requirement to retain up to two (2) qualified and experienced companies to provide short-term temporary resources for up to a three-year term. The Company shall provide skilled personnel, on an as required basis, for various job/skill categories including by not limited to junior, intermediate and senior resources. The company shall have a minimum of 5 years in the business, as a recruiting/staffing agency with outreach within the GTHA (City of Toronto, Halton, Peel, York, Durham and Hamilton) that represents a diversified and representative applicant pool meeting the demographic and skill based requirements of the TTC and mirrors TTC’s  Diversity and Inclusion action plan.
