ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE APPROVAL (ECA) AND ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITY AND SECTOR REGISTRY (EASR) CONSULTING SERVICES FOR UP TO A THREE-YEAR TERM RFP NO. P23BH23696
Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires the services of a Consultant to provide professional/technical services required to complete/amend ECA applications and EASR registrations and provide support in the implementation of ECA Terms and Conditions.

The Occupational Hygiene and Environment (OHE) Section of the Safety and Environment Department is responsible for the submission and maintenance of Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) and Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) registrations for all eligible TTC properties. OHE is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of Terms and Conditions listed in the ECAs. OHE is the TTC point of contact with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).

The role of the Consultant will be to:

Prepare/update individual ECAs or EASRs applications for applicable TTC operations
Assist with the implementation of the Terms and Conditions (as necessary)
Assist with general inquiries pertaining to ECA and EASR regulations
