Description

Contract W45-11 includes Packages W45-4 and W1-6.

The Work of Package W45-4 - Easier Access Phase III consists of all labour, equipment and materials for the construction of three (3) elevators to provide barrier-free access between the Street, Concourse and Platform Levels along with all the required Work to suit the installation of the elevators. The Work includes but is not limited to the design, fabrication, delivery and installation of three (3) hydraulic passenger elevators; as well as all required civil; structural; architectural; mechanical, electrical work.

The Work for Package W1-6 – Masonry Restoration consists of the supply of labour, equipment and materials to undertake the removal of the existing textured coating on the south wall of the station, and supply and installation of a new one; selective masonry restoration on the south wall; resealing of existing control joints on the south wall and within the bus platform.
