R26AD21416 - REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF WESTERN YARD

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking an expression of interest in order to identify and obtain information from firms interested in managing the maintenance of the Western Yard. The Western Yard is located at 30 Newbridge Road and 36 North Queen Street. The land is primarily used for vehicle transport and storage. The building(s) are used for office and warehouse operations. The Property currently has approximately ten (10) tenants occupying its land and building(s), and is under the operational management of the City. Facility management includes, but is not limited to, snow removal, facility maintenance, waste management, etc.

This REOI is issued for information gathering purposes and is not intended to be a formal legally binding “Contract A” bidding process. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this REOI will not necessarily result in any subsequent negotiations, direct contract award, invitational tendering process or open tendering process and does not constitute a
commitment by the TTC to procure any goods or services.
