The TTC is seeking to prequalify proponents that will be eligible to execute a Master Service Agreement for program R53PW21554 – Independent Oversight and Assurance Function (IOAF) for TTC Capital Projects. The program will consist of a variety of Request for Services (RFS) open only to prequalified proponents, which RFS’s may consist of an objective review of the performance of programs/projects and their prospects of success to support the IOAF. The term of the Master Services Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years from the date of Notification of Award.
