Description

The TTC is seeking for a tenant for the leasing of forty-seven (47) core market shop retail locations. Of the forty-seven (47) core locations, a minimum of forty-one (41) must be selected for occupancy and incorporated into the proponent's proposals. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 10-years, with an option to extend for an additional term of up to 5-years.

As a tenant of the TTC, the successful proponent will be encouraged to adopt the same values as the TTC and practice them when conducting business. This will include providing service that meets or exceeds the needs of transit customers, to provide fast, efficient and quality service, a diversity of merchandise and products which include opportunities for pre-packaged goods, healthy food selections and market products.
