The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires a Centralized Case Management Solution for TTC’s Human Rights and Investigations Department. The proposed solution may be provided as Software as a Service (SaaS), or hosted arrangement, or it may involve installing software on TTC’s hardware, as long as TTC’s needs are met and planed for future deployments. The provided solution will replace an existing solution that is no longer capable of supporting Human Rights and Investigations’ needs.
