The Supplier shall provide and deliver the new supported version (MAS 8 or above) Maximo licenses and associated support & subscription services, which include the following: 1) on-premises model - perpetual license type 2) on-premises model - subscription license type For clarity, Supplier that provides the lowest total cost of ownership for the Agreement Initial Term and Renewal Term, as per instruction stated in Appendix E – Bidtable A and/or Bidtable B, will be awarded, despite the proposed license type for on-premises model. Note: Supplier must be IBM authorized resellers or IBM itself.
