TTC is looking to hire a consultant to provide technical radon survey services. The generic work program for the work assignment may include: On site evaluation of workplace conditions and building infrastructure, collection of samples, consultation with TTC employees including JHSC members, provision of strategies for minimizing radon exposures, attendance at meetings, preparation of reports, and other radiation services as required.

The Commission will conduct an online Pre-Bid meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Toronto time to explain its evaluation process in general terms and to highlight common mistakes which have caused Bids to be judged non-compliant and/or unacceptable, also to try and clarify any questions the Bidders may have with respect to the contents of the Bid Documents. The Bidder's representative(s) may join the meeting via Skype at the link below:

The Bidder is encouraged to have a representative join the online Pre-Bid meeting. The Commission shall not be obligated to conduct a subsequent meeting.
