The Scope of Services for the Building Code & Life Safety Consultant will require varying levels of involvement ranging from specific project input to a general consulting role related to new construction and retrofit projects. The Consultant will be expected to;

-Review contract documents at various stages ofdesign, and identify code compliant issues,
and provide comments and recommendations;
-Prepare technical reports and makepresentations;
-Attend meetings as required;
-Provide seminars/workshops on an as required basis to TTC Engineering Design Staff, on
key Code issues and updates related to Transit Faculties on TTC premises;
-Support with Authorities Having Jurisdiction regarding code issues;
