Description

The Work of this Contract consists of the planned, unplanned maintenance and emergency services of the green roof installations.
Maintenance of the green roof vegetation which includes, soil sample collection and analysis; fertilization, mowing/trimming, weed and woody plant control; soil and plant replacement; roof drain maintenance; litter and debris removal; Spring start-up, inspection, maintenance, servicing, repair and winterization of the irrigation systems; Removal and reinstatement of plant/vegetation modules if required to access the roof membrane; and Emergency services.
