Description

The Township of South Stormont is reconstructing Cedar Street and Fairground Drive, including installation of new storm sewers and catchbasins, curb and sidewalk. Full depth road reconstruction will include new granular road base followed by two lifts of asphalt. Rehabilitation will also include replacement of the Cedar Street culvert, located at the intersection of Cedar Street and Fairground Drive. Work is anticipated to include: road reconstruction and paving, installation of new storm sewers and catchbasins, removal of existing structures, culvert installation including bedding and backfill, dewatering, protection of existing utilities, erosion and sediment control, reinstatement of asphalt and gravel driveways, landscaping, miscellaneous removals/reinstatements, etc.

The Form of Tender is available for pick up at the Township of South Stormont Municipal Office, 2 Mille Roches Rd, Long Sault, ON K0C 1P0.

The cost for each tender package is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) which includes HST. Tenders will be opened at the Township Municipal Office shortly after the tender closing.
